1) How to Submit a DMCA Notice

2) What Happens Next

3) Counter‑Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification that includes:
- • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL on RadioStreamers).
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or where you reside if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

4) Repeat Infringers
