RadioStreamers is an online directory that indexes radio stations made publicly available by broadcasters and third‑party providers. We do not host the streams; links point to external sources managed by the respective owners. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1) How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material (e.g., a station logo, description, or link), send a written notice including the following:

  • • Your full name, company (if applicable), address, telephone number, and email address.
  • • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list).
  • • The exact URL(s) on RadioStreamers where the material appears.
  • • A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

2) What Happens Next

  • • We will review the notice for completeness and clarity.
  • • If valid, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the station owner (if contactable).
  • • We may request additional information to verify the claim.

3) Counter‑Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification that includes:

  • • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL on RadioStreamers).
  • • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or where you reside if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
  • • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter‑Notification Email: [email protected]

4) Repeat Infringers

We may terminate or limit access for station owners who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly the subject of valid DMCA notices.

5) Important Notes

  • • Because we index external streams, the underlying audio is controlled by third parties. If a stream itself infringes, you should also contact the broadcaster or hosting provider.
  • • Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter‑notification may result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees).
